AL-Rehad provides recruitment, HR consulting, immigration, and workforce management services within the Gulf region. We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers and do not guarantee employment, visa issuance, or placement outcomes.

2) Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the jurisdictions where they seek employment. By submitting data to us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3) Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and complete personal, educational, and professional information.
  • Obtain necessary documentation such as passports, visas, and certifications.
  • Respond promptly to communications and maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process.

4) Employer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate job descriptions, employment terms, and compensation details.
  • Comply with all applicable labour and immigration regulations.
  • Refrain from discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.

5) Fees & Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, AL-Rehad does not charge job seekers placement fees. Employers engaging our recruitment or consulting services are invoiced under agreed commercial terms. All payments are due as per invoice terms and are non-refundable once services are rendered.

6) Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by AL-Rehad and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8) Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

9) Limitation of Liability
